A finales de los 90's un nuevo tipo de "noise" estuvo retumbando por debajo de los suburbios de New Jersey. La era de la infame escena Straight-Edge de Jersey habia ido y venido y muchas prototípicas bandas de screamo estaban en las últimas. Es entonces que aparece Neil Perry, con canciones que te harían explotar en menos de un minuto y dejarte privado con veloces guitarras caóticas y maniáticos riffs de batería.
Neil Perry fué Josh Jakubowski (voces/guitarra), Chris Smith (guitarra/voces), Jon Marinari (voces/bajo), y Justin Graves (batería).
Los miembros se fueron a: Hot Cross, The Now, Superstitions Of The Sky, Joshua Fit For Battle, You And I, Welcome The Plague Year, Track Of Monarchs, A Life Once Lost, etc.
Este CD recoge todo lo que Neil Perry ha grabado desde 1998 hasta el 2002 y agrega cuatro nuevos temas inéditos, el tracklist comienza con las canciones mas recientes.
